We are currently recruiting for a number of Food & Beverage roles across Restaurant and Banquets teams.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Has a friendly and outgoing disposition
• Good time management
• Proven team member and can also work autonomously 
• Keep guest and service areas clean and tidy as per procedures
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service 
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station
• Maintain currency of Responsible Service of Alcohol  (RSA) certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles

To be successful in this role, you must be:

• Must have previous hospitality experience
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Reliable and dedicated  
• It is imperative to hold a current RSA certificate and Food Safety Certificate
• You maintain a neat and tidy appearance
• Have excellent communication skills and demonstrate an enthusiastic and welcoming attitude
• Must have good physical fitness and be able to lift and carry various items.
